Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We welcome both appointments and walk-ins, but booking ahead guarantees your time slot — especially on evenings and weekends. You can book online or call (615) 555-0129.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tips can be added to your card or paid in cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may be asked to prepay for future bookings.

How long does a typical appointment take?

A standard haircut runs about 30 to 45 minutes. A hot towel shave takes 45 to 60 minutes, and The Works Package takes roughly 90 minutes from start to finish.

Do you cut all hair types and styles?

Absolutely. Our barbers are trained in classic, modern, and specialty cuts — fades, tapers, pompadours, buzz cuts, and everything in between, for all hair textures.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be purchased in-shop or online. They never expire and can be used toward any service or product.

What products do you use and sell?

We use premium pomades, beard oils, and styling products from trusted barbershop brands. All are available for purchase so you can recreate the look at home.

Can I bring a photo of the cut I want?

Please do. A reference photo helps your barber understand exactly what you are after. We will always give honest advice on whether a style suits your hair type and face shape.
